Anne-Sophie

Anne-Sophie is a Melbournian Artisan passionate about food, coffee and people.

Born in Mauritius and raised in a french speaking family, she has always been exposed to the food and way of life of her heritage. Leaving behind her career as an accountant, she decided to pursue her passion for French patisserie all the way to France where she studied.
